Barista Cum Bartender Recruitment

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including high quality coffee, specialty drinks, cocktails, beer and wine
Provide excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and café area
Assist in stock management and daily operations
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Requirement:
Prior experience as a barista and/or bartender is an advantage
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and basic mixology
Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
Able to work on rotating shifts and on a 5 days week basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays
