We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are open to considering applicants of all backgrounds and nationalities, including immigrants. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of a variety of espresso-based drinks, as well as other beverages such as teas and juices. They will need to have a good knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods, as well as food safety regulations.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years' experience working in a similar role and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A friendly attitude towards customers is essential, along with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. They should also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of hygiene and safety when preparing drinks and food items.
