About the role McConnell Dowell is seeking an experienced Crane Barge Supervisor (Piling) to lead crane‑barge and deck operations for steel and reinforced‑concrete pile installation to construct new pier/wharf works at Changi East. You’ll own the piling cycle and production performance while ensuring safety in heavy lifting operations. (Company transport from Tanah Merah MRT; alternate‑Saturday roster.)
Key responsibilities - Lead the crane‑barge operations and deck crew (crane operator, riggers, signalmen) to execute the piling plan safely and efficiently.
- Own production KPIs (piles/day, cycle time, downtime), track performance, and drive root‑cause actions to recover schedule.
- Plan and execute barge moves; manage mooring, anchors, and spuds; coordinate tugs/anchor boats and work with Survey to hold line & level for pile positioning.
