We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our team. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences.

Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition.

Main Duties

• Create a welcoming environment for members and guests when they approach the bar.
• Ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times including; replenishing ice, spirits and mixers, preparing garnishes and restocking glasses.
• Polishing glassware and storing glasses safely and in the right place.
• Cleaning shakers, stirrers, strainers and other bartending tools and ensuring they are in their correct places.
• Retrieve and replenish beverages from storage. Restocking wines, mixers, spirits, straws, napkins and garnishes.
