Position Overview
The Role
Working in our '' Cocktail Bar offering food and beverage tray service to spa guests, hotel residents and visitors to the hotel and spa. Shift work over 5 days per week totalling 37.5 hrs per week include weekend working.
Main Duties Include;
Ensuring the Bar is stocked ready for each service periodEnsuring the Bar and Lounge are well presented ready for guests arrivalEnsuring all the pre-preparation for service is completedMeeting and greeting guests entering the barEstablishing guest needs and order takingPreparing both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages including cocktailsTray service of drinks across the service areasService of light lunches and snacks in the bar loungeLiaising with the Restaurant in relation to guests who are taking pre dinner drinks and awaiting their restaurant reservationTaking payment for all ...
