The Role

The Bar Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of the bar department, from creative menu development to rigorous stock control. A primary focus of this role is elevating the cocktail offering; therefore, advanced mixology skills and a deep understanding of classic and contemporary cocktail techniques are essential.

Key Responsibilities Mixology & Innovation: Design and implement seasonal cocktail menus that complement the group’s Mediterranean and Steakhouse culinary themes.
