Job as a BAR MANAGER - Amazing Beach Club Hostel in Ibiza

Responsible for the management of Bar Service under the Hostel Director. Leads team costs and revenues, according to the budget. Ensures professional. Assurance of a maximization of guests satisfaction, Thus in compliance with the Company philosophy.

Position requirements

• Diploma from established Hotel School, Tourism School, College or University.
• 3/4 Years experience in equal equivalent position, significant experience in Hotel Industry in a fast paced environment.
• Good Organisation skills, Interpersonal skills, Social Competence, International exposure required.
• Fluent English mandatory.
