We are currently looking for a Bar Back to join our team of associates in Holborn Dining Room at Rosewood London. Our Bar Backs are appointed to support the Bartenders to deliver an efficient and guest-focused bar service.

Key expectations of this role

• Planning and arranging appropriate bar stock for the entire duration of the service.
• Efficiently supporting the Bar team to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
• Assisting with the general cleanliness in the bar area.
• Preparing appropriate mise en place in order to ensure the efficient bar set up.

• Being organised and proactive in completing your tasks.
