Follow company guidelines on grooming, uniforms and personal hygiene
Act as a liaison between the bar, kitchen and service areas running the food and beverage orders
Complete bar mise en place, such as stocking up bars, setting bartenders stations, pass areas, bar garnished and finishes following through the opening and closing checklist as per SOPs.
Work with the stewarding team to manage bar clearance area, clean and polish OS&E
Follow directions from the Bartender in order to ensure exceptional guest service
Preserve the work/clearing stations organized and stocked in order to better accommodate the needs of the Bartender
Responsible for keeping bar areas clean, tidy and safe by ensuring the stations are organized, stocked up and floor is free of any debris or liquids
