• Primary liaison with Reservations, Sales, and GEM Teams to ensure seasonal readiness for events.
• Onsite daily support for F&B team: room setup, event execution, training, and assistance with in‑house events.
• Develop and implement training materials (Banquet Training Manual, checklists, SOPs) to standardize processes.
• Review and oversee regional BEOs, coordinate with LOB managers to align schedules and labor models to optimize staffing and produce schedules achieving budgeted labor targets.
