Position Overview
Duties:
Welcoming guests, understanding event needs, and conducting site inspections.
Preparing function sheets, coordinating room layouts, and ensuring AV/multimedia equipment is set up.
Leading waitrons, bartenders, and casual staff to ensure 5-star service standards.
Managing booking systems, monitoring budgets, and processing billing documentation.
Ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
At least 14 years in banquet, events, or Food & Beverage (F&B) operations within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and Apex
Well-organized with strong administrative & numeracy skills.
Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
