Position Overview
Banquet department hosts a variety of different events including wedding, birthdays, celebrations of life, golf tournament and many more.
This position is seasonal part time with the possibility of full time. Peak times for banquets are May to September, November and December.
Job Duties include:
Ensures the event runs on timeEnsures staff is on task and supporting them whenever necessaryWrites a detailed report for the F&B Management team regarding the eventCommunicates with the kitchen staff regarding dinner/dessert timesCorrectly charges all invoiced items to the event accountLocking down the building at the end of the nightAnything else asked by the F&B Management team Job Requirements/Qualifications :
Previous experience in Banquet and/or Restaurant Supervision in a hotel and/or restaurantServing It Right license is mandatory and Foodsafe...
