**Banquet Set-Up, The American Club**

**Opportunity**

Properly clean and set meeting rooms and banquet functions per specifications on resume and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) or as instructed for all banquet functions in Kohler hospitality and outlining Kohler related facilities.

**Specific Responsibilities:**

+ Review and ensure understanding of all BEO’s for required set up, tear down, arrangements, etc.
+ Coordinate the efficient and correct set up of tables, chairs, platforms/stages, and other equipment as specified by BEO requirements.
+ Provide guidance and direction for large, complex and/or offsite events.
+ Guide new associates on processes and procedures.
+ Adherence to all applicable brand standards.
+ Check and adjust lighting as needed.
+ Check electrical connections for proper working order and tape down exposed cords.
