Job Duties

Responsible for working special events on the patio, racetrack apron, banquet facility, etc. Serves courses from banquet kitchen and service bars. Garnishes and decorates dishes. Observes guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. Totals Bill, presents check, accepts payment, and makes change. Ladles soup, makes salads, portions desserts, brews coffee, and performs other services as determined by establishment’s size and practices.
