Position Overview
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Banquet Cooks primary role is to assist in preparation of cooking and presentation of meals in the banquet space. They are responsible for cooking meals for various sized banquets for Big Cedar Lodge. Banquet Cooks will be scheduled as needed.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Plans, monitors and assists with food production and ensure its quality and consistency during preparation and service execution.
+ Provides exceptional guest service through careful execution and immaculate presentation of food and beverage.
+ Monitors guest consumption levels and respond accordingly.
+ Assists in daily kitchen operations and ensure its culinary readiness for service.
+ Assists in developing menu in collaboration with Banquet Chef as needed.
+ Assists in monitoring all food production and ensuring all recipes are constantly followed.
