Bankruptcy or Financial Paralegal – On site

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST

We are seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to support a high volume Chapter 13 practice. This role is suitable for individuals with strong financial or banking experience, excellent customer service skills, and solid Excel proficiency. Prior bankruptcy experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to collect required documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, and bank statements.
• Review, redact, organize, and prepare client documents for court filings.
• Perform income analyses and financial calculations using Microsoft Excel to support bankruptcy plan development.
• Prepare bankruptcy-related pleadings and filings, including affidavits, motions, objections, and trustee correspondence.
