**This position will require a hybrid schedule, reporting onsite weekly in compliance with Bank policy, out of One Light Street (Baltimore, MD), M&T Center (Buffalo, NY), or Two Burlington Square (Burlington, VT)**

**Overview:**

Understands and works basic to mid-level complexity closing package preparation requests, ordering and analyzing required due diligence as well as interacting with lending staff on any challenges or issues with the request. Works under tight time frames to meet customer needs.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Analyzes Commercial documentation preparation requests, inclusive of credit approvals, to determine requirements
+ Order required due diligence to support the document preparation request in accordance with approval and Credit Policy requirements.
