Our client is a Global 100 firm looking to hire an associate for their Banking & Finance team. You will work on cross-border financing transactions in a broad banking practice, such as structured finance, trade finance, fund finance and general banking. This is a client-facing role and the right candidate will have strong career progression potential.

Requirements:

• SG/UK Qualified, 3-7 PQE
• Strong Academic background
• You come from a top tier private practice ideally at an international law firm or a big 4 Singapore law firm.
• Strong experience in multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions
• You are commercially astute and have excellent communication skills
