We are working with an elite international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Banking & Finance practice within their Dubai office.

The successful candidate will join an elite global Banking team, advising a spectrum of lenders and borrowers or a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including cross leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, and general corporate lending. The candidate will support transactions throughout the full lifecycle, from structuring and documentation through to execution and closing. The candidate’s duties will also include drafting and reviewing financing documentation, assisting with negotiation of key transaction terms and conducting due diligence and support deal structuring across complex financing matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
