About the Role

The Banking & Finance Associate will work closely with highly regarded partners on a broad range of banking and finance matters, supporting a growing and dynamic practice across the UAE and wider Middle East.

The role involves advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of general banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, real estate finance, and leveraged and acquisition finance. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating finance documentation such as facility agreements, security packages, and intercreditor arrangements.

The Associate will also support complex, often cross-border transactions involving regional and international banks, financial institutions, sponsors, and corporates, managing transaction workstreams, coordinating with local counsel, and assisting with deal execution and closings.
