This role is essential in managing delinquent accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Responsibilities

• Collect on loans that are 11 to 60 days delinquent, and manage branch 21 negative shares and negative shares over $500 from day 29 to charge off.
• Perform activities related to collecting amounts due on delinquent loans and negative shares, ensuring compliance with department work standards, policies, procedures, and federal and state laws including RFDCPA, FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and SCRA.
• Handle a high volume of daily calls, both inbound and outbound.
