Position Overview
Our client is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Banking and Finance Team to work on a wide variety of transactional and banking advisory work, including real estate finance, social housing finance and general banking support. Some of your duties will include:
Advising clients on banking and real estate finance matters including drafting loan and security documentation associated with different types of finance and legal options.Reviewing certificates of title and advising our clients on issues arising.Assisting clients to meet their overall business objectives.Drafting of legal research and papers for client advice and/or wider publication.Project managing transactional work and working with other practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters.Involvement in business development activities linked to the strategic plan of the practice area and firm.To be considered for this role you should have at least 2 years’ pqe...
