Bank Residential Team Leader - £16.60 per hour

Location: Wellesley Road, Camden.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate care for residents in a residential setting.


• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.


• Ensure residents’ needs and progress are communicated to the line manager.


• Follow guidelines and policies, and write up care plans.


• Adjust shift arrangements as needed (day/night shifts).

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with older people in residential care.


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Completed or working towards QCF Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.


• Flexible, patient, caring, organised, and a good team player.
