The role of Project Worker will include:
Regularly assessing the needs of clients by writing and updating support plans, and signposting access to education, training, and employmentAssisting clients with managing finances and welfare benefitsEncouraging social inclusion and helping clients to build their confidence, resilience, and self-esteemWorking with statutory and non-statutory agencies on behalf of the clients and actively encouraging choice and involvement, or acting as an advocate when requiredPromoting safe working practices by undertaking risk assessments within legislative frameworks Skills and experiences:
