Position Overview
The role of Project Worker will include:
Regularly assessing the needs of clients by writing and updating support plans, and signposting access to education, training, and employment Assisting clients with managing finances and welfare benefits Encouraging social inclusion and helping clients to build their confidence, resilience, and self-esteem Working with statutory and non-statutory agencies on behalf of the clients and actively encouraging choice and involvement, or acting as an advocate when required Promoting safe working practices by undertaking risk assessments within legislative frameworks Skills and experiences:
