We are looking for a mobile chef to join our Facilities Bank to work on a flexible basis on an as and when basis when shifts become available, based primarily at Wathwood Hospital but shifts may also be available at other sites.
Further discussion about our sites and availability to work at these will be discussed at interview.
Previous experience of a busy catering environment is a requirement.
To be responsible for the provision of the patient meals by undertaking specific outlined and approved processes and procedures to ensure the quality and food safety of meals at service are safe and appropriate and within the guidelines of food hygiene legislation.
