Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate client data such as creation of client accounts and upkeep client information
- Process closure of client and counterparty accounts
- Conduct name searches as requested by management
- Process e-banking applications / modifications / cancellations for clients
- Manage Hold Mail services provided to clients
Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of experience in banking
- Previous experience in data maintenance for client is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of account documentation requirements
- Basic hands on experience in Excel / Access based automation (e.g. Macros) to improve efficiency would be an advantage
