Operations Executive – Account Services
Key Responsibilities
- Support account opening and account maintenance processes, including system updates and documentation preparation
- Process account-related reviews and maintain tracking records
- Prepare and retrieve documents for internal reviews, audits, and operational requirements
- Coordinate transaction processing and ensure timely submission to relevant teams
- Manage document filing, archival, and record inventory processes
- Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
- Support ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned
