Role Details

• Role: Band 8a Medication Safety Pharmacist

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Hours: 9am – 5pm

• Pay: £36ph

• Start: ASAP

• Length: Ongoing

• This role will focus on promoting and monitoring the safe use of medicines across the trust. Responsibilities include reviewing incidents, supporting medication safety audits, developing policies, and providing expert advice to clinical teams to ensure best practice and patient safety.
