We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to work on an ongoing basis in Reading. Please see details of the role below:

Role Details

• Role: Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist

• Days: Monday to Friday

• Hours: 9am – 5pm

• Pay: £36ph

• Start: ASAP

• Length: 3 months

• This is a ward based clinical role, supporting medicines reconciliation, patient reviews, clinical screening, and discharge facilitation across acute services.


Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience

• Right to Work in the UK

• GPhC registration
