We are currently recruiting for Band 6 OT - Assessment and treatment/discharge planning for complex and frail elderly . Must have experience of D2A process and working in Inpatient settings. Must be Car driver to undertake access visits, to work on an ongoing basis in Birmingham. Please see details of the role below;

Days: Monday - Friday 

Hours: hours per week 8:00 - 16:00
