Details:

Role: Band 6 Mental Health OT - Community and outpatient team supporting working age adults with mental health conditions. To offer assessment and treatment for mild to moderate mental health conditions. Complete risk assessments and care plans in collaboration with the client and their triangle of care. To complete tribunal reports for patients who may challenge being detained under a mental health action section
