Are you an empathetic Mental Health Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?

We are now recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join a well-established NHS trust based in Reading, Berkshire, on a locum contract. The post on offer will be an immediate start for an ongoing period, Working full-time, 37.5 hours per week.

The successful Senior Practitioner will manage a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs. The successful practitioner will take an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of adults who present to the service with mental health problems and, especially, those that are at risk of or have attempted deliberate self-harm.
