We're looking for a highly organised and personable Ward Administrator to be the welcoming first point of contact across BSW (Bath & North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire) Community Hospitals. In this vital role, you’ll help ensure patients experience a smooth, well‑coordinated journey from admission through to discharge.

You will deliver a professional and efficient service to patients, members of the public, colleagues, and external professionals via telephone, email, and post. Working closely with the nursing and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support that keeps the ward running efficiently – freeing up clinicians to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
