AIA Malaysia is seeking a professional to be responsible for Single Premium and Regular Premium to partner banks. The role involves servicing, coaching, and supporting the sales staff and branch network, as well as mentoring Associates and Senior Associates.

The candidate should have a degree or equivalent strong experience, preferably 4-5 years in the banking or insurance sector, and possess PCE certification. Skills in managing relationships and excellent communication in English (Mandarin is a plus) are essential.
