**Responsibilities**:
- Manages and supervises a team of telesales representatives to meet the team targets
- Motivates, coaches and develops sales representatives to enhance staff knowledge and selling skill to meet or exceed individual sales target
- Ensures compliance and consistency with bank's Compliance & Control policy and processes as well as any regulatory requirements
- Cultivates a professional working atmosphere that encourages career development and reduce staff attrition
**Qualifications**:
- 0-2 years sales and leadership experience preferred
- Good knowledge of credit payment products
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
