To assist with the overall production of patisserie items, tarts and savouries. Always ensuring you follow recipes to Blackbird standards and make the products in the artisanal way using your hands to mould and shape. Responsible for producing quality pastries, cakes and savoury rolls, and work as part of a team in a kitchen/for the hygienic preparation and service of a range of food items in a professional manner. |
