Responsibilities
Job Summary: As a Bakery Manager, you are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Bakery department, and get to know our Customers, and treat them to excellent service. You will supervise a team of Partners.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Management:
Spends majority of time using independent judgment making employment-related and business decisions, or effectively recommending such decisions, including product- and department-related strategies, hiring, promoting, disciplining, suspending, discharging, rewarding, or otherwise engaging in resolving Partner-related matters
Trains School of Retail Management (SORM) and School of Retail Leadership (SORL) trainees
Assists all Partners in the department with their duties; coaches / trains; and evaluates as needed
Holds Partners accountable for following SOPs
