As a Baker, you will be responsible for the daily production of bakery goods, ensuring that all products are baked to perfection, consistent with the company's quality standards. You will assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, and other bakery ingredients while adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
Production & Baking: - Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, cookies, granola, and crackers - Follow standardized recipes and instructions to ensure product consistency and quality. - Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and ensure products are baked to the right texture and flavor.
Order Fulfilment: - Assist Shift Leader with the daily order fulfilment (includes slicing and packing breads) - Assist with any adhoc duties assigned
