The Backwaiter assists the wait staff in preparing the dining room for guests before service, and maintaining table cleanliness by clearing plates, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to any special needs.  The Backwaiter supports the wait staff by setting up and maintaining service stations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of service experience, be able to handle a high volume/fine dining environment and should have a general food and service knowledge.
