Insight Global is seeking a Backup Operations & Automation Specialist to join a large enterprise organization supporting critical backup, recovery, and automation services across cloud (Azure environment) and on‑prem environments. This role sits within a centralized infrastructure operations function responsible for ensuring the stability, recoverability, and continuous improvement of enterprise backup and disaster recovery platforms.

The successful candidate will operate across Level 1 operational support and Level 2/3 advanced troubleshooting and automation, ensuring reliable day‑to‑day backup operations while driving efficiency through modern DevOps and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
