Description
- Lead a team responsible for conducting comprehensive background verifications for new hires.
- Ensure that all checks are conducted in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Review and evaluate background check results, providing insights on candidates.
- Collaborate with HR to streamline the verification process and improve efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and compliance in background checking.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Experience Level: 1 year and above
