Disqualifiers/Red Flags:
- Mostly full stack developers, architects.
- No UI/front end developers.
- If the candidate currently does not reside in the local area, but open to relocation and onsite day 1, please make sure that is clear on the resume r they will be DQ.
- No over qualified candidates (example: someone who is a PhD in rocket science, they would not be a good candidate)
- No choppy tenure
- No previous submitted and rejected candidates.
- No long resumes
