Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure productivity and performance goals are met
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the timely completion of deliverables
- Monitor accuracy and efficiency of outputs to meet client expectations
- Identify and resolve process issues and recommend long-term improvements
- Support administrative functions such as PR processing, billing, dealer monitoring, and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in back-office operations or a related role
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of administrative processes and workflows
