Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Coordinate with the risk department on leverage change requests or any escalated trading issues.
- Communicate with team leaders and sales on a regular basis to perform specific IB requests or re‑organize network structure.
- Liaise with technology providers on any complex dispute situations.
- Cross‑check with PSP on funding issues.
- Manage internal ticketing for any feedback or issues that arise within the department.
- Perform financial checks on any transaction or transfer within the system.
- Collect appropriate information on any complaint from a technical perspective.
- Perform KYC validation and be responsible for opening, amending, reviewing, and exiting clients according to established policies and procedures.
