We are looking for a Back of House Manager to join our team of superstars at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush. 

Our fourth London Hoxton is located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in the beating heart of an eclectic and diverse neighbourhood, with 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant - Chet’s serving Thai American comfort food.

Featuring a large open lobby with vintage seating and cosy corners, as well as a central wraparound bar and terrace, The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is perfectly located for exploring West London.

What you’ll do…

• Responsible for the H&S in the loading bay and BOH areas including staff areas

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and food safe working area in the loading bay.

• Oversee COSHH training and certification for all F&B areas

• Assist with BOH audits on H&S

• Oversee all goods receiving and work with finance on related paper...
