We are looking for an excellent leader to join our team. A Back of House Assistant Director is integral to the success of a restaurant or hospitality establishment. This role requires someone who is passionate about service, is reliable, and is able to lead a team. Flexible availability is critical. Many major holidays are required. Early morning, evening, nights, and Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

Operations 

• Ensure we are executing proper procedures in every back of house position and provide ongoing feedback to the Director of Training.
• Ensure daily quality and safety checks are completed (SAFE Daily Critical and ERQA).
• Ensure all day parts consistently and systematically meet cleanliness standards.
• Protect the Guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, speed and quality meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A standards.
