• Ensure optimal stock levels to meet business demands.
• Maintain desired stock availability across all locations.
• Monitor performance on a daily, weekly, MTD and YTD basis.
• Evaluate profitability across Central, South and North regions.
• Develop strategies for stock clearance and optimal inventory turnover.
• Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
