Job description

We are working with a lovely nursery in Winchester who are looking for a baby room manager to join their team. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week with a salary of between £25400-£26520 per annum

The nursery are looking for a level 3 or above childcarer who has experience working with babies and has a great understanding of how to follow their individual routines and meet their needs. You will need to have great communication skills and be able to work with the babies families and help settle them into the nursery.

As room leader you will need to be able to train, motivate and lead your team so a great understanding of the EYFS and child development.

The nursery are looking for a baby room leader who will work as part of the management team and continue to develop the nursery and provide high quality care and education to the children.
