We are looking for Virtual Sales Account Managers to join our telecommunications campaign to maintain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by driving New Business and Cross-Selling as well as reduce churn and achieve a 90% in contract portfolio. This role will exercise your abilities in both as a Hunter and a Farmer within the Telecommunication space. You should work to satisfy customer needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver an overall positive customer experience. Achievement of Sales targets, and customer satisfaction is key to your success in this role.
